Miley Cyrus, Fall Out Boy and George Sampson have all performed at the first ever BBC Switch Live event. Hundreds of fans packed out the Hammersmith Apollo in London on Sunday afternoon. The show was exclusively for 14 to 17-year-olds and hosted by Radio 1 DJs Nick Grimshaw, Annie Mac and Kelly Osbourne....
