The United States has extended $43 million for the capacity building program to improve economical and social conditions of Pakistan tribal areas. USAID will provide money in three years for tribal areas. This program will improve and strengthen the livelihood, expand economic opportunities and improve basic education and health care. This will also strengthen the government and non government institutions in FATA to plan implement and monitor programs at the regions agency and community level. They also commitments to provide $750 million over five years to assist the FATA development. For this purpose different Networks is taken swiftly place to strengthen the Organization through different community NGOs and CBOs commitment with this aim to work together. In this case the FATA NGOs Forum have take place along with 33 NGOs and CBOs Non profitable Non government communities groups such as under mentioning.

FATA as a narrow tract of the land ,runs along the river Indus, make a contiguous border with Afghanistan ,has an area of 27224Sq Km accommodation about 31.380 million people including both genders. FATA include Bajaur, Mohmand,Khyber,Orakzai,Kurram, North Waziristan and South Waziristan agencies along with six districts regions located within the adjacent districts of Peshawar Kohat, Bannu,Lakki, Tank and DI khan in the North west frontier province called frontier REGIONS(FRs).

FATA is generally perceived to have an uncanny tendency for courting strife. Conjuring up romantic images of tribesmen living on the edge, FATA has failed to find mention in the words of writers and travelers in awe of its freedom loving people. Today however, it is mentioned for all wrong reasons .the strife that this region has concurred is only because of limited interests of decision makers to maintain status quo in the volatile tribal agencies. Failure to come up with a clear vision for integrated development in FATA , as a sustainable solutions of all that troubles of region, has kept the people marginalized and impoverished in this opportunity vacuum tribesmen have been left to their devices vulnerable to exploitation at the hands of criminal and extremist elements from within the out side .decision makers can , however, no longer afford to remain indifferent to the development of the area .an integrated and sustainable development strategy is badly needed to put FATA on the path to peace and prosperity along with the rest of the country .

In the backdrop of FATA*s social under development and the miseries of the people of FATA, concerned and relevant organizations prosper and underscores the need to form a network of the local organizations, NGOs villages and communities bases organizations etc working across the FATA. The basic theme was to reinforce individuals and institutional efforts through this network As a result FATA NGOs Forum (FNF) emerged with the mandate to serve as a forum for discussion issues of public & general interest. The initiative concentrates to swallow the capacity of the partner NGOs/CBOs via knowledge sharing propagation of ideas of mutual interests and interactive strive for attaining sustainable development in FATA. Further more this network will lend strength to the voice of people of FATA for their needs and rights.

This NGOs forum was call by KKT an Organization Non Government non profitable working for the welfare and development of FATA the geographical focus of KKT interventions is stretched across NWFP & AJK with special attention to FATA.KKT wants a peaceful FATA where aware and educated communities are working to improve their livelihood system. To rise awareness resources in the economical and social development of FATA . KKT calls 33 different NGOs and Local CBOs in this forum to discuss hidden problems and make a strong decision for security of FATA to install the soft wares programs and smooth the stones for hard wares in communities.

In this FATA NGOs forum capacity building organizer and header Mr. Fahim also told about the capacity building Dep't structure and function and told to the Members FATA NGOs that we want to walk with the side of Govt and other power in FATA special he focus on Taliban powers that they are our brothers they are the local people unaware about the reality we should convince the Taliban and also aware them mentally that in the future they should not handicapped in the progress way of FATA.

He also added once more that in the future Govt have worked which results was not seen on the screen but know we will this time work together along with tribal community with the help of God and strong determinations in the development way of FATA.he also brief that we want to improve any deptt like health , education sports wild animal protection he clarified his views that we want to not make the building roads and schools but we will work together to change complete the atmosphere of FATA through different capacity building programmes in FATA. He further maintain his views we need to improve the livelihood sources of tribal after doing of this work then the success rays of sun will spread on the FATA.

KKT on Democrative way: Mr., Fahim give suggestion to NGOs forum of strong their body to given strengthens to community then KKT decided to make one a executive body In which will one representative will elected from every agency and FR of these agencies. And in the general body all member of NGOs will take place to share their ideas and this executive body members will be elected for one year the general body will focus on executive council members work and try to put and light the right way for them on this development sector of FATA.
